Inventory & Demand Planner

Job Title: Inventory & Demand Planner We are seeking a highly analytical and hands‑on Inventory & Demand Planner to own end‑to‑end planning across our growing apparel business. This role is critical in driving inventory health, forecasting accuracy, and overall product performance across both DTC and wholesale channels. You’ll work closely with leadership to optimize demand planning, manage inventory flow, and support key business decisions in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment. Key Responsibilities Own demand planning and forecasting across DTC and wholesale channels Manage inventory planning to ensure optimal stock levels and turnover Build and maintain Open‑to‑Buy (OTB) plans aligned with financial targets Develop and execute markdown strategies and cadence Lead Chinese New Year (CNY) production planning to mitigate supply chain disruptions Analyze and report on sell‑through performance and inventory health Partner cross‑functionally with production, sales, and leadership teams Identify risks and opportunities to improve forecasting accuracy and inventory efficiency Required Qualifications 3–6 years of experience in inventory planning and/or demand planning Background in apparel or soft goods Experience planning across DTC and wholesale channels (e.g., Nordstrom, Dick’s Sporting Goods) Proven experience building and managing an OTB (Open‑to‑Buy) Strong understanding of Chinese New Year production planning cycles Experience working in a startup or high‑growth environment Advanced Excel / data analysis skills Strong business acumen and ability to operate autonomously Salary: $80,000–$90,000 #J-18808-Ljbffr SBH Fashion
