Join Allied Universal as a Patrol Officer at a fast-paced logistics and distribution location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and support access activity. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts and/or supervisors.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout warehouse, distribution, shipping, receiving, and perimeter areas to help to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify visitor, vendor, and/or driver activity as directed by site procedures, and report irregularities in a timely manner.
• Support daily operations at a busy logistics and distribution location by observing trailer yards, loading areas, and dock activity and reporting security-related issues, hazards, and/or policy concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
