Pharmacy Manager

Role Overview: The Pharmacy Manager leads a team of pharmacists and staff to deliver comprehensive patient care and improve community health. Key Responsibilities Process and dispense prescriptions, administer immunizations, and ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations. Manage inventory, pricing, and presentation of pharmacy merchandise. Model and enforce customer service standards to address patient needs effectively. Oversee community outreach initiatives, encouraging staff participation. Ensure adherence to company policies, legal requirements, and safety protocols through report analysis and quality reviews. Qualifications & Skills Proficiency in working with patients and healthcare providers. Strong analytical skills for data-driven performance and financial decision-making. Experience managing pharmacy operations and staff. Pharmacy degree or equivalent, with active pharmacy license. Completion of accredited immunization training; U.S. pharmacy experience is preferred.
