Contract | Days (3x12 or 4x12 Hours, 7:00–19:00) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an Intermediate Care/PCU/Stepdown unit with a heavy cardiac and CVA patient population
• Manage and titrate cardiac drips including heparin, nitroglycerin, and related medications
• Monitor and assess patients with complex cardiac and neurological conditions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Complete required orientation modules and maintain compliance with facility documentation requirements

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license – must be in-hand prior to start
• Minimum 2 years of IMC/PCU/Stepdown or cardiac nursing experience
• Prior travel nursing experience required
• Strong cardiac background with demonstrated ability to manage cardiac drips
• Current ACLS, BLS, NIHSS certifications required at time of submission
• Active Nursys verification required at time of submission

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with Epic electronic health records system
• Familiarity with CVA patient management and neurological assessment
