We're looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our Ann Arbor, MI Operations Team and serve as a trusted partner to our customers and internal stakeholders. In this role, you'll help drive customer satisfaction, support business growth, and ensure timely, accurate delivery of parts and services while working collaboratively across sales, engineering, operations, marketing, and quality teams. This position is based in Ann Arbor, MI. Relocation assistance is not provided for this role. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship. What You'll Do Respond to customer and employee inquiries regarding replacement parts, repairs, and services. Prepare quotations and support customers through the order process. Build strong relationships through proactive communication and problem-solving. Process and manage customer orders using ERP systems. Coordinate with suppliers and purchasing teams to ensure competitive pricing and timely delivery. Provide order status updates and resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally. Determine shipping methods and coordinate deliveries. Follow up on past-due accounts. Maintain accurate customer, sales, and CRM records. Participate in sales, training, and team meetings. Support continuous improvement initiatives and other assigned projects. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum of 2 years of customer service, inside sales, quoting, automation, or industrial equipment experience. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to build relationships and provide exceptional customer service. Self-motivated team player with strong problem-solving abilities. Experience with Salesforce CRM preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems such as SAP or Microsoft Dynamics AX is a plus.
