Your responsibilities will include: Evaluating patients and interpreting examination and test results Developing individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and clinical findings Delivering skilled physical therapy using a variety of evidence-based treatment techniques Creating personalized fitness and wellness programs Educating patients on injury prevention, ergonomics, and strategies for maintaining long-term physical health Accurately documenting patient evaluations, treatment, and progress Collaborating with other members of the clinical team to achieve optimal patient outcomes Maintaining compliance with applicable state regulations, policies, and procedures What We’re Looking For Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution Current Utah Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure Ability to meet all state and regulatory requirements\ Strong communication and interpersonal skills A passion for helping people achieve their goals Commitment to continued professional and clinical development Why FYZICAL?
