Sponsorship & Experiential Marketing Manager

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Sponsorship & Experiential Marketing Manager in New York, NY. Summary: Our client, a global professional services organization, is seeking an experienced marketing professional to support a high-profile sponsorship and client experiences team during a leave coverage assignment. This individual will lead the planning and execution of strategic event marketing initiatives, executive experiences, sponsorship activations, and experiential marketing programs that engage senior business leaders and key clients. The role requires someone who can balance strategic thinking with flawless execution while working with executive stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. Duties:
- Manage large-scale sponsorships, executive events, and experiential marketing programs
- Partner with senior marketing leaders and business stakeholders to develop event strategies aligned to business goals
- Oversee event planning, activation execution, stakeholder communications, and project timelines
- Drive premium client experiences, executive roundtables, leadership forums, and thought leadership events
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and marketing partners
- Track event performance, engagement metrics, lead generation, and ROI
- Support multiple concurrent initiatives while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
- 5+ years of experience in event marketing, sponsorship marketing, experiential marketing, integrated marketing, or strategic events
- Experience managing high-touch executive or client-facing events
- Experience measuring marketing effectiveness, event ROI, pipeline impact, or lead generation
- Professional services, consulting, technology, or large enterprise experience
- Experience supporting executive-level marketing programs
- Experience with Workfront or similar project management tools
- Knowledge of experiential marketing and sponsorship activation strategies
- Background working in highly regulated or complex corporate environments
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work with senior executives and cross-functional leadership teams
