What You’ll Do As a Youth Sports Coach, you'll play a key role in creating memorable experiences for children. Your responsibilities will include: Leading and assisting with sports classes, camps, and events for children of various ages and skill levels. Following coaching plans to deliver fun, organized, and skill-building activities. Ensuring the safety and well-being of all participants during activities. Setting up and breaking down sports equipment at assigned locations. Communicating professionally with families, schools, and community partners. Representing LA Sports World with a positive and professional attitude. What We’re Looking For We're seeking candidates who are passionate about working with kids and have a strong sense of responsibility. Here's what you'll need to succeed: At least 1 year of experience in youth sports, camps, education, childcare, recreation, or physical education (preferred). Must be 18 years or older . Ability to safely lift, carry, and organize sports equipment. Reliable transportation to travel to various locations throughout Los Angeles. Comfort and confidence working with groups of children. Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor when interacting with families and clients. Availability during weekday afternoons and weekends is especially valuable.
