About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior QA Automation Engineer to provide technical leadership and hands-on expertise in designing, developing, modernizing, and maintaining enterprise test automation frameworks.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Java, Selenium, automation framework development, API testing, SQL, database validation, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines . This position requires advanced automation engineering skills along with the ability to establish reusable architecture, improve existing frameworks, and collaborate across development, QA, DevOps, and architecture teams.
Responsibilities

Design, develop, maintain, and modernize scalable enterprise automation frameworks using Java, Selenium, and reusable object-oriented architecture.

Develop automated functional, regression, system integration, API, and database validation test solutions.

Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and support continuous test execution using Jenkins and related DevOps tools.

Review automation code, troubleshoot framework issues, establish coding standards, and provide technical mentoring to QA automation engineers.

Collaborate with developers, architects, DevOps engineers, business analysts, and QA teams to improve test coverage, automation strategy, and overall quality engineering practices.

Requirements

Minimum 7+ Years of Experience Designing, Developing, and Executing Automated Testing Solutions for Large-Scale Enterprise Applications.

Minimum 5+ Years of Hands-On Experience With Java, Selenium, Object-Oriented Programming, and Automation Framework Development.

Minimum 3+ Years of Experience Integrating Automated Testing With CI/CD Pipelines, Preferably Using Jenkins.

Minimum 5+ Years of SQL Experience, Including Database Queries, Data Validation, and Automated Database Testing.

Strong Experience With Web Application Testing, REST API Automation, Regression Testing, Test Framework Architecture, and Agile/DevOps Quality Engineering Practices.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Automation Architecture, framework modernization, IBM ETM/QM/CLM, performance testing, SAP-style or other complex enterprise environments, and highly regulated applications is preferred. Experience supporting government, healthcare, human services, or public-sector systems is strongly preferred.

The Senior QA Automation Engineer will provide hands-on technical leadership while building scalable, maintainable, and sustainable automation solutions for complex enterprise applications.
