Weekend/Evening Registered Nurse – Home Health (Port Carbon, Pennsylvania) Specialty: Home Health Discipline: RN Duration: Ongoing Employment Type: Staff BAYADA Home Health Care is currently hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to perform home health visits throughout Schuylkill County. The position offers flexible weekend and evening scheduling, one‑to‑one patient care, and a focus on work/life balance. Responsibilities Follow designated care plans in accordance with patient needs. Make home visits to clients in assigned geographic territories. Administer medication, wound care, and perform treatments and procedures as required. Monitor client conditions and report changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager. Execute and document doctors’ orders accurately. Perform client assessments when necessary. Coordinate case management and collaborate with other healthcare professionals. Document observations, interventions, and evaluations using state‑of‑the‑art touch pad tablet. Qualifications Current licensed Registered Nurse in the state of Pennsylvania. Minimum one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience. Prior home care experience is strongly preferred but not required. Graduate of an accredited and approved nursing program (school transcript or diploma required). Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
