BJC Medical Group is seeking a Board-Certified / Board-Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician (MD/DO) to join an established primary care practice in Bonne Terre, Missouri—located in southeastern Missouri (southern Missouri region), just one hour south of St. Louis.

Practice Highlights – Outpatient Only Physician Job

• ✅ 100% outpatient – no inpatient or hospital call
• ✅ Monday–Friday schedule (36 patient-facing hours)
• ✅ No evenings, no weekends – excellent work-life balance
• ✅ Established practice with APP and clinical support staff
• ✅ Minimal call requirement: 1 week/year (tertiary backup, rarely contacted)
• ✅ After-hours care handled by centralized nurse triage

Compensation & Benefits – Missouri Physician Job

• Competitive base salary + 2-year guarantee , then wRVU model with rural incentive factor
