Sr Svc Agent/Non-DOT

Job Title

Provides accurate information and assistance to customers, which includes responding to inquiries, problem-resolution and selling of company services. Performs administrative support functions necessary for efficient station operations. Performs other duties as assigned.

Mon-Sat with a TBD day off during the week. Approximate hours are Mon-Fri 1330-2200 and Saturday 0700-1730

Minimum Education

High School Diploma/G.E.D.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Ability to operate computer terminal. Ability to lift 50 Lbs. Ability to maneuver packages of any weight above 50 lbs. With appropriate equipment, and/or assistance from another person. Good human relations and communications skills.

Preferred Qualifications

This is a FT 40hr Position. Mon-Fri with a TBD day off during the week. (Mon-Fri 1:30pm-10:00pm Sat 7:00am-5:30pm) Posting Closes: July 29, 2026 @ 5:00pm

Pay Transparency

Pay: $21.28-$31.11
