What You’ll Do

As an LPN, you will play an important role in providing safe, compassionate, and high-quality patient care. Responsibilities may include:

• Providing direct nursing care according to established plans of care
• Administering medications and treatments as ordered
• Monitoring patients and reporting changes in condition
• Obtaining and documenting vital signs and clinical information
• Assisting with admissions, transfers, and discharges
• Maintaining timely and accurate clinical documentation
• Communicating with RNs, physicians, CNAs, patients, and families
• Following infection control, safety, and facility procedures
• Supporting patients with compassion while maintaining dignity and confidentiality
• Collaborating with the healthcare team to provide an exceptional patient experience

What We’re Looking For

• Current and unrestricted LPN license for the state of assignment
• Graduate of an approved practical nursing program
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Must successfully pass a drug screening
• Ability to meet required background and credentialing requirements
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
• Professional, dependable, and patient-focused
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Previous clinical experience preferred
