Our Products Liability Practice Group We defend product manufacturers, suppliers, and resellers as trial and global coordinating counsel in product liability and toxic tort cases. Our clients lead cutting-edge industries, such as AI/robotics, automotive and autonomous vehicles, consumer products, food and wine, connected products, medical devices, pharmaceutical, retail and cosmetics, and technology. Who You Are You are a high performer with at least 15 years of experience looking for a non-partnership track position with the following: Products Liability or Commercial Litigation (required) Manages cases with a high degree of autonomy You have strong case management skills, work ethic, and team-oriented attitude Excellent client service skills Drafting briefs, correspondence, and responding to written discovery Managing document collection, review, and production Causation and/or failure analysis Multidistrict litigation and/or coordinated state proceedings You have excellent written and oral communication skills You are an active member of the bar in the state in which you reside and in Washington state or California. The range displayed is specifically for positions performed in those cities/states and may vary based on factors including but not limited to the following: market data and ranges; an applicant's skills and prior relevant experience (including class year); and certain degrees, licensing, and certifications.
