Radiology Technologist

We are currently looking for an X‑Ray Technologist to join our team! Responsibilities Perform radiology procedures as ordered by the physician(s) in such a way to assure reliability of results and patient safety. Welcome patients and obtain medical histories from patients; verify patient information. Complete patient check‑in and check‑out along with applicable paperwork. Prepare charts. Process payments. Answer incoming calls. Schedule patients. Maintain documentation of patient testing information. Assist in maintaining appropriate equipment and supplies in the department. Perform Medical Assistant duties such as: Triaging patients – taking vital signs, obtaining medical history, and entering data in the EMR. Drawing blood. Performing EKGs. Preparing the exam room for the patient. Administering medications as directed by the provider. Collecting and preparing laboratory specimens. Cleans the clinic after each shift with entire team. Qualifications Excellent patient care and customer service skills. Open availability – must be available evenings, weekends, and holidays. Current Driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle at all times. Able to maintain professionalism and customer focus in a stressful and fast‑paced environment. Must be a graduate of an accredited radiology technician program. IL and/or IN State Radiology Technician licensure. Previous X‑Ray experience preferred, not required. Ensuring safety and following and maintaining all federal and state ordinances. ARRT certification required. Able to multitask while ensuring accuracy and adherence to policies and procedures. Able to receive and provide ongoing coaching, guidance, and constructive feedback. Organizational skills. EMR experience. Work Hours and Compensation Hourly pay: $41 per hour. Work hours and shifts: 12‑hour shifts, 8 AM – 8 PM. 3 shifts one week, 4 shifts the following week, rotating weekends. #J-18808-Ljbffr
