Independent Contractor: Residential Insurance Inspector (Flexible Schedule)

Underwriter Services Association

Signature Companies is seeking independent contractors to perform Residential Insurance Inspections as 1099 partners. You will travel to client sites or inspect at the property, take photos, measure features, and generate detailed reports for underwriters. You set your own schedule with a 21‑day turnaround per inspection, and invoices are processed monthly through our cloud system.
