About Berkshire Health Systems Hospitals: Berkshire Medical Center - 300-bed full-service community hospital in Pittsfield North Adams Regional Hospital - Critical access hospital serving North County Fairview Hospital - Critical access hospital serving South County Network of Care: 12 Primary Care outpatient clinics (Adult Medicine, Family Medicine, Pediatrics) Multiple urgent care centers Outpatient psychiatry and addiction medicine clinics Collaborative Support: All primary care sites are backed by specialists and resources from our hospitals, ensuring seamless patient care. Position Highlights Competitive Base Salary: $299,000 Sign-On Bonus: $100,000 Annual Bonus Opportunity: 6% CME Allowance RVU Incentives: Significant earning potential once you transition from our guaranteed base plan to our production plan.
