We seek Environmental Specialist II | Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, & Environmental Programs (OSEP) Services and Support [FBI0012012] candidates with relevant Government And Public Services Sector Experience (functional and technical area expertise also ideal) to support professional services engagement for Government And Public Services Sector Clients such as FBI. This as a Contract Contingent or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, & Environmental Programs (OSEP) Services and Support Functional Area / Swim Lane / Category Discipline Professional - Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, & Environmental Programs (OSEP) Services and Support Position; however, ProSidian reserves the right to convert to a Full-Time ProSidian employed W-2 Position.
Provide services and support as a Environmental Specialist II [Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, & Environmental Programs (OSEP) Services and Support] in the Government And Public Services Industry Sector focussing on Environmental Services Solutions for clients such as Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI | FFD - OSEPU ) | FBI Finance And Facilities Division (FFD) | Occupational Safety & Environmental Programs Unit (OSEPU) Generally Located In CONUS - Washington, DC; Clarksburg, WV; Quantico, VA; Nationwide Field Offices and across the All U.S. regions, including: Northeast | Mid-Atlantic | Southeast | Midwest | Southwest |West (Mountain & Pacific) Region (Of Country/World) Working Hybrid On/Off Client Site.

Qualifications

- Program execution, analysis, coordination
- All personnel shall be able to assist in the development and management of workplace occupational safety and health programs. They shall have verbal, telephone, e-mail and in-person contact with a wide range of engagements for public and private, defense and civilian government, and non-profit organizations employees, other contractors, and possibly visitors as necessary. Personnel shall exercise a high level of professionalism and discretion in often emotionally charged situations.
- Personnel shall advise Industry Sector, cognizant client stakeholders, and a wide range of engagements for public and private, defense and civilian government, and non-profit organizations employees as factually as possible, based on the evidence available at the time. Ultimate decision regarding all occupational health priorities and programs rests with public and private, defense and civilian government, and non-profit organizations. Personnel shall be cooperative and flexible to adjust to new Industry Sector program changes and developments as they are introduced. This includes the ability to learn new techniques and computer programs, and to adjust administrative practices according to the needs of public and private, defense and civilian government, and non-profit organizations.
- All onsite personnel shall have a Top-Secret security clearance prior to beginning work in a wide range of engagements for public and private, defense and civilian government, and non-profit organizations spaces and gaining access to a wide range of engagements for public and private, defense and civilian government, and non-profit organizations computer systems. Top Secret clearance shall
- be maintained for each individual in the positions throughout the performance of this contract.
- The Industry Sector support personnel shall be able to comprehend and perform technical work functions with minimal supervision or training. Personnel must be skilled in the use of: Microsoft Office Suite, including Word | Teams | SharePoint | Power BI | Excel, | Power Point, etc.
- The ProSidian Engagement Teams should have: strong technical writing, proofreading, data entry, management, and analytical skills
Ancillary Details Of The Roles
- Supports federal sustainability initiatives. All personnel shall provide professional, technically competent support for the development and management of occupational safety and health programs, engaging regularly with a wide range of engagements for public and private, defense and civilian government, and non-profit organizations staff, contractors, and visitors through multiple communication channels while maintaining discretion and professionalism in sensitive situations. Personnel will deliver evidence-based guidance to Industry Sector, cognizant client stakeholders, and a wide range of engagements for public and private, defense and civilian government, and non-profit organizations stakeholders, while recognizing that final programmatic decisions reside with public and private, defense and civilian government, and non-profit organizations, and must remain adaptable to evolving program requirements, technologies, and administrative processes. All onsite personnel are required to possess and maintain Top Secret security clearance for access to a wide range of engagements for public and private, defense and civilian government, and non-profit organizations facilities and systems. Staff must be capable of performing technical tasks with minimal supervision and demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, Lists, Power BI), along with strong technical writing, data management, analytical, and proofreading capabilities.
- The Environmental Specialist II works to Execute environmental compliance programs, reporting, stakeholder coordination, and analysis.

Top Secret clearance required - Environmental - Environmental Compliance: The ProSidian Engagement Team shall ensure full environmental compliance by adhering to installation-specific hazardous material procedures for the handling, storage, and preparation for disposal of all hazardous substances utilized during contract performance. All hazardous materials and waste must be delivered exclusively to designated and authorized collection points. The team is responsible for maintaining clean, orderly, and safe work environments, including the immediate remediation of hazardous spills or unsafe conditions within their operational areas. All workspaces remain subject to inspection by U.S. and local Government authorities to verify compliance with applicable environmental and safety standards.
