Compensation:

$95,000 - $140,000 DOE

Responsibilities:

Conduct legal research, analysis, and case preparation in the family law practice area.
Assist senior attorneys in case management, including drafting pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel to gather information, provide updates, and negotiate settlements.
Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, mediations, and other legal proceedings.
Attend client meetings, consultations, and court appearances as required.
Collaborate with senior attorneys and legal support staff to ensure efficient and effective case management.
Stay informed about changes in relevant laws, regulations, and legal trends affecting our practice areas.
Uphold the firm's commitment to providing high-quality legal services, ethical conduct, and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Active membership in the Texas State Bar.
Experience in family law practice, including divorce, custody, and support cases.
Ability to conduct thorough legal research and analysis.
Proven track record of drafting clear and concise legal documents.
Strong communication skills for client interactions and negotiations.
Experience representing clients in court and other legal proceedings is preferred but not required.
