As an Automotive Product Specialist, you'll learn how to:

• Welcome customers and create an exceptional first impression.
• Learn the latest Ford and Kia vehicles, technology, safety features, and product knowledge.
• Conduct vehicle walkarounds and demonstrations.
• Accompany customers on test drives.
• Learn the fundamentals of automotive sales, customer communication, and relationship building.
• Work alongside experienced Sales Consultants and managers while developing the confidence and skills needed for long-term success.

As your knowledge and confidence grow, you'll have the opportunity to advance into a full-time Automotive Sales Consultant role with significantly greater earning potential.

 

 

Who We're Looking For

You don't need automotive experience.

We're looking for people who enjoy working with others, have a positive attitude, and are excited to build a long-term career.

Successful candidates often come from:

Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are highly encouraged to apply, but Spanish is not required.
