A health services network on Long Island is actively seeking a licensed Physician to join their team as a Physician Quality Lead overseeing HIV/Hepatitis, STI, Tuberculosis, and PREP care on Long Island About the Opportunity: Shift: Day Schedule: 4 Days Clinical, 1 Day Admin Hours: Full-time Responsibilities: Providing Infectious Disease and Internal Medicine care for patients with HIV, Hepatitis, and STI Participating in Tuberculosis care with the local Department of Health Participating in Case Conferences with care managers Managing general outpatient infectious disease referrals Collaborating with Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Women's Health, MDs, NPs, and PAs Qualifications: Doctorate Degree (MD, DO) Active/Valid license as an MD or DO in New York State, DEA Board Certification Leadership experience in the Infectious Disease specialty DEA registration Ability to work with diverse patient populations in a community health setting
