Dependable Life Solutions is looking for a Sales Manager ready to lead a team of agents — not just carry a book of business. This role is for someone who's proven themselves in the field and is ready to take on the responsibility of developing others, building a team, and driving results beyond their own production.

We help seniors and families secure affordable final expense life insurance, and as a Sales Manager, you'll be the person your team looks to for coaching, accountability, and the standard of excellence that got you here.

Your Path to Leadership

Before stepping into a management role, you'll spend your first three months mastering our products, systems, and sales process in the field. This foundation ensures you're leading from experience, not theory, once you begin overseeing a team. From there, the path continues: Sales Manager, Regional Vice President, Partner — each level earned the same way, through production, both yours and your team's.

What You'll Do

• Spend your first three months in the field mastering our products, systems, and sales process
• Develop a team of Sales Representatives
• Lead ride-alongs and field coaching sessions to sharpen your agents' skills
• Hold daily and weekly check-ins with your team to review activity and production
• Run a weekly Zoom call to align your team on goals, updates, and best practices
• Set and track team production goals, coaching underperformers and recognizing top performers
• Model the standard of professionalism and consultative selling you expect from your team
• Partner with leadership to identify and develop future Sales Managers within your team
• Maintain and grow your own production alongside your management responsibilities
• Leverage our CRM to track team performance and daily activity
• Attend daily conference calls and weekly one-on-ones with a Partner to align on strategy and growth

Schedule

This is a full-time, field-based leadership role built around a 35–40 hour weekly commitment, split between your own production, team coaching, and leadership check-ins. As a manager, you'll have more say in structuring your week around what your team needs most.

Compensation

• Commission-based income with no cap on what you can earn
• Additional commissions based on your team's production once you transition into management
• Weekly and monthly performance incentives
