Nurse Practitioner (Remote | $70-$110/hr)

This opportunity is for experienced Nurse Practitioners interested in contributing to advanced AI research and evaluation projects involving clinical reasoning, patient care, and healthcare decision-making. The role focuses on evaluating AI-generated clinical content, assessing diagnostic and treatment recommendations, and helping improve the quality, accuracy, and safety of healthcare-focused AI systems. You’ll apply your expertise in patient assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, medication management, and evidence-based practice to support the development of next-generation AI technologies. Key Responsibilities Evaluate AI-generated clinical assessments, treatment plans, patient education materials, and healthcare documentation. Compare AI-generated responses based on clinical reasoning, diagnostic accuracy, guideline adherence, and patient safety considerations. Review clinical scenarios involving acute care, chronic disease management, preventive care, and medication decisions. Assess healthcare content for accuracy, completeness, and real-world clinical applicability. Provide detailed written feedback and recommendations to improve AI-generated outputs. Help establish high-quality evaluation standards for healthcare AI systems. Contribute domain expertise to improve clinical reasoning capabilities within AI models. Required Qualifications 4+ years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner (NP), APRN, FNP, ACNP, PNP, or a closely related advanced practice nursing professional. Active nursing licensure with advanced graduate-level nursing education. Experience diagnosing, treating, and managing acute, episodic, and chronic medical conditions. Strong understanding of clinical workflows, treatment planning, and evidence-based healthcare practices. Ability to evaluate medical information with accuracy and professional judgment. Strong written communication and documentation skills. Ability to commit 20+ hours per week . Preferred Qualifications Experience in primary care, acute care, emergency medicine, internal medicine, family practice, pediatrics, or specialty clinical settings. Experience reviewing clinical documentation, quality assurance, or healthcare education materials. Familiarity with AI-assisted healthcare tools or digital health technologies. Experience mentoring clinicians, supervising advanced practice providers, or contributing to clinical training programs. Compensation Competitive compensation of $70–$110/hour.
