You’ll be: Assembling and mailing all outgoing membership information for group and individual business lines, including daily work, annual renewals, special mailings, and customer service requests within two days of reception Completing and mailing all State of Kansas information, including a comprehensive annual renewal, in accordance with Service Guarantee requirements Coordinating with the Cash Disbursement team to mail daily refunds within one day of reception Assisting with mailing complex group bills on the day they are received Helping to mail all daily letters for the organization Breaking down and organizing all daily group renewals, including ID cards, waiting period pages, contracts/certificates, and SBCs as needed This job might be an outstanding fit if you: Have a high school diploma or equivalent (required); additional education in office administration or a related field is a plus Bring previous clerical or administrative experience (preferred) Demonstrate strong attention to detail and organizational skills Thrive in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple priorities effectively Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills As part of our promise to talent, Kelly supports those who work with us through a variety of benefits, perks, and work-related resources.
