HVAC/Refrigeration Service Technician

We are currently seeking an HVAC/Refrigeration Service Technician to join our growing team. We are looking for someone with 2-4 years of field experience who is dependable, motivated, and capable of working independently while continuing to grow in the trade.

A company service van will be provided. Technician must provide their own tools.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance and service calls
• Troubleshoot electrical, refrigeration, and airflow issues
• Leak check, pressure test, evacuate, and charge refrigeration systems
• Follow EPA guidelines and company safety procedures
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members
• Complete service work efficiently and accurately

Requirements

• 1–4 years of HVAC/Refrigeration field experience
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Ability to work on rooftops, ladders, and in tight spaces
• Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills
• Reliable, self-motivated, and professional attitude

Required Tools

Technicians must have their own:

• Hand tools
• Electrical meter
• Refrigeration gauges/manifold
• Vacuum pump
• Recovery machine
• Leak detector
• Torch rig
• Nitrogen regulator/manifold
• Oxygen and acetylene setup
