HVAC/Refrigeration Service Technician
We are currently seeking an HVAC/Refrigeration Service Technician to join our growing team. We are looking for someone with 2-4 years of field experience who is dependable, motivated, and capable of working independently while continuing to grow in the trade.
A company service van will be provided. Technician must provide their own tools.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment
- Perform preventative maintenance and service calls
- Troubleshoot electrical, refrigeration, and airflow issues
- Leak check, pressure test, evacuate, and charge refrigeration systems
- Follow EPA guidelines and company safety procedures
- Communicate professionally with customers and team members
- Complete service work efficiently and accurately
Requirements
- 1–4 years of HVAC/Refrigeration field experience
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to work on rooftops, ladders, and in tight spaces
- Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills
- Reliable, self-motivated, and professional attitude
Required Tools
Technicians must have their own:
- Hand tools
- Electrical meter
- Refrigeration gauges/manifold
- Vacuum pump
- Recovery machine
- Leak detector
- Torch rig
- Nitrogen regulator/manifold
- Oxygen and acetylene setup
