The Productions Manager supports the State Farm independent contractor agent’s office by coordinating activity goals, assisting with marketing initiatives, and tracking business production results across multiple product lines. Responsibilities: Monitor and report on production metrics. be the top producer Coordinate lead follow-up and customer communications. Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities. Assist with internal goal-setting and tracking. Collaborate with team members to maintain workflow efficiency. Qualifications: Strong analytical and organizational abilities. Effective communication and teamwork skills. Prior experience in customer service, marketing, or operations helpful.
