Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based in Woodbury, NY. The Salesperson will engage with prospective and existing clients, conduct property showings, and guide clients through the full real estate transaction process. Daily responsibilities include prospecting and lead generation, qualifying buyers and sellers, presenting listings, and maintaining accurate records in CRM and internal systems. The role also involves preparing and reviewing documentation, coordinating with the in-house marketing and design teams, and supporting negotiation strategies to achieve favorable outcomes. The Salesperson will collaborate closely with colleagues, attend networking events and open houses, and uphold the company’s standards of professionalism, responsiveness, and client care. Qualifications Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term client relationships. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, including the ability to explain complex information clearly. Knowledge of real estate processes, market trends, and transaction workflows; prior experience in residential or commercial real estate is highly beneficial. Proficiency with CRM systems, basic office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, document tools), and comfort working with digital marketing materials. Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple listings, client inquiries, and deadlines simultaneously. Ability to work on-site in Woodbury, NY, including local travel for showings, meetings, and events. Valid real estate salesperson license in New York (or eligibility to obtain one within a defined timeframe). High level of professionalism, integrity, and commitment to providing outstanding customer service to a diverse client base.
