Straight and Narrow is seeking a Residential Life Associate (Per Diem) to supervise clients in a structured treatment setting across Passaic/Paterson/Secaucus programs. This awake position supports safety, routines, and the recovery process in collaboration with clinical and administrative staff. Responsibilities include rounds, behavior documentation, and maintaining a safe, clean facility, with shifts from 8:00am to 4:00pm, 4:00pm to 12:00am, or 12:00am to 8:00am.
