How You'll Make An Impact In This Role

• Execute medically prescribed treatments under PT supervision.
• Implement personalized plans of care using evidence-based techniques for diverse patient populations.
• Maintain accurate, real-time documentation of all interventions and progress.
• Coordinate and mentor therapy aides, students, and support staff.

What Minimum Requirements You'll Need

• Licensure / Certification / Registration:
• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) credentialed from the Florida Board of Physical Therapy Practice obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
• Education:
• High school diploma or GED required.
