Registered Nurse/NICU

Pediatric Float Pool Nurse This position involves working as a pediatric float pool nurse, providing coverage across multiple units such as PICU, NICU, pediatric medical-surgical, pediatric PACU, pediatric ED boarders, and postpartum/mother-baby areas. Experience Requirements Experience in PICU and NICU with comfort in caring for pediatric patients is essential. Previous float pool experience in NICU/PICU settings is considered an advantage. A minimum of two years of PICU experience is required. Experience in pediatric PACU is strongly preferred. Certifications Current BLS, NRP, ACLS, and PALS certifications are mandatory. Certification in Dr. Brown’s Infant Driven Feeding is required; applications with pending certification are acceptable (certification fees apply). Licensing and Systems Compliance with the facility’s float policy is required. Applications with a pending state license will be accepted. Proficiency with the Epic electronic health record system is necessary. Shift and Scheduling Night shifts 36 or 48 hours per week Block scheduling is not available or guaranteed Assignment length: 13 weeks Work every other weekend and every other holiday Up to 40 hours of time off may be approved; no time off requests will be accepted during the first two weeks of the assignment #J-18808-Ljbffr
