You will impact production throughput and product quality while working with supervisors, quality staff, and production teammates on the evening (2nd) shift. Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the Team Perform basic assembly and test functions using hand and power tools, mechanical/electronic tools, test equipment, and inspection measurement equipment Record test results and document work on data forms Interpret blueprints, engineering orders, assembly routes, and test specifications Produce and inspect assemblies to meet product and customer specifications Perform touch-up or full surface painting and related finishing tasks Participate in lean initiatives and suggest process improvements Maintain a FOD-free work area and follow safety and calibration procedures Here"s What You'll Need to Be Successful in This Role High school diploma or equivalent Comfort using common mechanical hand and power tools and basic test equipment Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and work instructions Ability to perform repetitive tasks with high accuracy and stand for most of the shift Ability to lift up to 25 lbs Willingness to train on first shift for at least two months before transitioning to the 2nd shift Here"s What Else Might Help You Out Experience in aerospace or other regulated/ISO-certified manufacturing environments Exposure to LEAN manufacturing methodologies Pay Range $16.00 - $20.00/hour #J-18808-Ljbffr NextDeavor
