Position Details

• Schedule: Monday – Friday | 4–5 days/week
• Volume: 7–8 treatments per day + consults
• Patient Base: Strong referral network with steady case flow
• Support: Dedicated endodontic team trained for specialty workflows
• Payor Mix: PPO & Fee-for-Service

Compensation & Benefits

• $1,750 Daily Guarantee (first 3 months, 6+ hours) or % of collections — whichever is higher

Ideal Candidate

• DDS or DMD from an accredited program
• Completion of an Endodontic Residency
• Active or eligible Colorado dental license
• 1–2+ years of experience preferred (open to strong new grads)
• Comfortable with:
  • Root canal therapy
  • Retreatments
  • Apicoectomies
  • Diagnostics & consults
• Outgoing, relationship-driven provider who thrives in a referral-based model
