Paid time off is earned according to the local policy and increases with the length of employment.Click HERE to discover how we empower team members to grow, thrive, and advance in their careers.We Love Our Work.Responsible for fostering a fun environmentResponsible for being a gracious host to all guests and co-workersPromote and maintain all steps of the ACES program with each patron and employee you may come in contact with (eye contact, hi- greeting, goodbye as a departure)Responsible for learning and understanding the use of all chemicals used in kitchen operationsMust follow specific daily station assignments checklists as directed by Executive Steward and F&B ManagementResponsible for all aspects of dish/pot washing including but not limited to using the dish machines, pot sink/power soak sink, and all other basic stewarding dutiesResponsible for all trash removal, cleaning of trash receptacles, removal and proper disposal of all recyclables as defined by property and state/local initiativesResponsible for keeping all floors swept/mopped and free of debris during shift and as directed by Executive Steward and F&B ManagementEnsure proper storage of equipment, chemicals, and restaurant supplies in compliance with departmental, company, and OSHA standards, in the dish and pot rooms, kitchens, mop rooms, and trash dock. This includes but is not limited to china, glassware, silverware, trash cans, trash dumpsters, pots, & pansEnsure the proper stocking and restocking of all food line china and utensils before, during, and after the restaurant hours of operationAll duties above are determined on business needs and other duties may be assigned as requiredBring Us Your Best.Must have an outgoing, energetic and enthusiastic attitudeMust enjoy hosting othersMust be comfortable initiating conversations and creating a fun environment with our guestsHigh School diploma or equivalentSix plus months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Must be proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, Access, Word)Must be able to read and write in English and have good verbal communicating skills.Basic math skills such as adding, subtracting and fractions.Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.Must be able to obtain ServSafe.Physically mobile with reasonable accommodations including ability to push, pull, carry and lift up to 25 lbs., and the ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop, stack, crouch, kneel and balance when performing job duties in varying work areas such as confined spacesStay In The Game.
