Our Springboro, Ohio facility is seeking a Preventative Maintenance Technician for the 1st shift weekend 12-hour schedule (5:00 AM – 5:30 PM). Responsibilities Execute scheduled preventive maintenance (PMs) and inspections on facility/production equipment, including CNC lathes, draw benches, mechanical presses, ovens, paint booths, winding machines, and film coating lines. Perform routine inspections, lubrication, adjustments, and repairs on machinery and facility equipment. Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues. Adhere to all safety and company policies. Follow PM schedules and work orders and document activities. Qualifications Knowledge of and ability to perform tasks relating to plumbing, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems. Ability to read blueprints/schematics (often required). Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Working knowledge of CMMS and ability to input required data into the system. Ability to use root cause analysis tools to determine the cause of the breakdown and implement a countermeasure to prevent recurrence. Ability to obtain a forklift and aerial lift certification.
