Senior Project Manager / Scrum Master (Salesforce)

Hiring: Senior Project Manager / Scrum Master (Salesforce) We are looking for an experienced Project Manager / Scrum Master to lead a long-term Salesforce Maintenance & Operations Support initiative. Role: Project Manager – Level 3 Duration: 24+ Months Interview Mode: In-person interview is a MUST. Mandatory Qualifications Experience: Minimum 5 years of full-time experience as a Project Manager or Scrum Master for software implementation projects. Must include at least 3 years of directly managing a team of 5+ full-time resources. Must include at least 3 years specifically within IT development projects. Certifications (At least one active certification required) PMP (Project Management Professional) via PMI Substitution rule: In lieu of a bachelor's degree, an additional 4 years of IT project management experience is required (totaling 7 years of IT development PM experience). Experience used for substitution must not overlap with the core 3-year requirement. Desirable Qualifications Master’s Degree. ITIL Certification.
