We are currently seeking a Project Program Management Advisor to join our team in Apodaca, Nuevo León (MX-NLE), Mexico (MX).

We are seeking an experienced  Senior Project Manager to lead a large-scale site migration, separation, and new facility buildout project in Monterrey, Mexico. This role will be responsible for driving the end-to-end delivery of the program, coordinating multiple infrastructure, application, facilities, and business workstreams to ensure a successful transition to a new operational site.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of site migration, relocation, and new site build activities.
• Manage cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate multiple IT infrastructure and application workstreams, including network, end-user computing (EUC), data center, and application deployments.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, risk registers, and governance processes.
• Drive migration, cutover, operational readiness, and stabilization activities.
• Provide onsite leadership to ensure timely issue resolution, alignment across teams, and successful project delivery.

Required Qualifications

• 9+ years of Project or Program Management experience.
• Proven experience leading site migrations, site separations, facility relocations, or new site build initiatives.
• Experience managing enterprise infrastructure and application deployment projects.
• Strong knowledge of project governance, risk management, budgeting, dependency tracking, and stakeholder management.
• Experience coordinating vendors and cross-functional teams in complex environments.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Monterrey, Mexico.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent Project Management certification.
• Experience with large-scale enterprise transformation programs.
• Background in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, Manufacturing, or other regulated industries.
• Experience supporting global organizations and distributed teams.
• Bilingual English and Spanish proficiency.

Nice to Have

• Site migration and cutover planning expertise.
• IT Infrastructure Project Management experience.
• Knowledge of Network Infrastructure, EUC, Data Center/Hosting Infrastructure, and Application Migration.
• Experience with operational readiness and post-migration stabilization activities.
