Shipping Clerk

Shipping Clerk The Shipping Clerk is responsible for coordinating and processing outbound and inbound shipments to ensure products are shipped accurately, efficiently, and on time. PAY RATE: 15.00 hour LOCATION: Hamilton, OH 45015 The role includes receiving and processing orders, verifying order accuracy, preparing and packaging shipments, generating shipping documentation and labels, scheduling carrier pickups, and selecting appropriate shipping methods based on business needs. The position also maintains inventory accuracy by monitoring stock levels, conducting inventory checks, resolving shipping discrepancies, tracking shipments, and communicating with internal departments, carriers, suppliers, and customers regarding shipping activities. Responsibilities include generating shipping reports, supporting inventory audits, and maintaining an organized and efficient shipping operation. Requirements: High School Diploma or GED - Required 1-2 years of shipping experience Previous warehouse experience Proficiency with Microsoft 365 Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
