Global Marketing Co-Op, Vial & Central Solutions

Becton Dickinson & Co

Becton Dickinson seeks a co-op student to support marketing initiatives for the Vial & Central Solutions portfolio. The role involves developing marketing collateral, managing approval workflows, conducting competitive analysis, and coordinating cross-functional projects in a fast-paced medical technology environment.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain marketing collateral, sales tools, and launch packets for product portfolio
Manage content review and approval workflows through VeevaVault with regulatory and legal teams
Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic planning and commercialization
Coordinate project deliverables and cross-functional communication across marketing, product, and regulatory teams
Gather and synthesize customer insights and market research findings for upstream marketing team

Requirements

Pursuing or nearing completion of Master's degree or MBA
Strong organizational skills managing multiple projects and deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Teams
Self-motivated with independent problem-solving skills
Interest in marketing or product management careers
