Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in architecture or engineering. Five years of experience supervising and managing design professionals in architecture, electrical, and/or mechanical disciplines involved in the production of construction plans and specification documents for new construction and renovation work for public and commercial facilities is required.

The Manager for Architecture and Engineering Services is a highly responsible professional position that leads the Program Management Office (PMO's) licensed technical bench, overseeing Senior Registered Architects and Senior Professional Engineers who provide design review, technical authority, and in-house engineering and architectural support across the PMO portfolio. The role consists of ensuring the technical integrity of consultant deliverables and County design standards and coordinating the technical bench's support to Project Managers throughout the project lifecycle.
