About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP, Strategic Finance with a focus on exit preparation and transaction analytics. This high-impact leadership role is pivotal in shaping the financial foundation for a future exit, with a strong emphasis on building strategic finance and performance management capabilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the exit finance strategy, defining the historical data architecture, owning the analytical integrity of the business plan, and building the QoE and operating performance fact base. Key responsibilities also include leading cash, capital, and valuation analysis, and institutionalizing strategic planning and performance management disciplines. The role demands a professional with end-to-end transaction experience, a strong background in finance, and the ability to work with a diverse set of stakeholders, including the CFO, CEO, PE sponsor, Board, and global advisors. Applicants for the VP, Strategic Finance position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' progressive finance experience, with a proven track record in transaction finance and a professional background that includes experience in transaction services, investment banking, and ideally, in-house FP&A or finance director roles. The role requires a detail-oriented, evidence-driven individual with the ability to work under pressure and a strong command of financial analytics. Experience in a multinational manufacturing or industrial environment, particularly in the medical device, life sciences, or regulated contract manufacturing sectors, is highly valued. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader, capable of driving complex financial data analysis and working effectively with cross-functional teams to meet demanding timelines. Professional certifications such as CPA, CFA, or ACCA are a plus, and proficiency in Mandarin is advantageous.
