Job Opening: Part‑Time Paraprofessional
Location: Bridgeport, CT
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 2 hours per day (flexible timing within school hours 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Paraprofessional to provide academic and behavioral support to students in an elementary/middle school setting. This is a part‑time role with flexible scheduling, ideal for candidates looking to contribute to student success while maintaining work‑life balance.

Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers with classroom instruction and student support.
• Provide one‑on‑one or small group assistance as directed.
• Support behavior management and daily routines.
• Help maintain a safe, positive learning environment.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or higher preferred).
• Prior experience working with children or in a school setting preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work 2 hours per day, Monday–Friday, during school hours.
