• Valid SLPA license or certification in the state of Delaware (or eligibility to obtain)
• Experience in school-based settings highly preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with students, teachers, and families
• Familiarity with a variety of speech/language disorders and therapy techniques
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Organized, flexible, and reliable professional with a commitment to student growth

Primary responsibilities:

• Support the implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs) under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist
• Provide direct and indirect therapy to students with various speech and language needs
• Document and maintain accurate records of services delivered
• Assist in screening, assessment, and progress monitoring
• Communicate effectively with educators, families, and supervisors about student progress
• Participate in team meetings and professional development activities as needed
