Production Administrator

Atlas Staffing is seeking an experienced Production Administrator for a reputable and growing manufacturing company in Post Falls! If you are organized, efficient and have high attention for detail, we want to hear from you! Objective: The Production Admin istrator provides administrative and operational support for manufacturing operations, including reporting, employee onboarding, safety coordination, vendor relations, employee programs, and process documentation to support efficient production and workforce operations. Responsibilities: Update daily reports and spreadsheets. Review time approvals and make corrections as needed. Review all applications for production depts. and make contact to set up interviews and new hire process. Work with temp agencies on new hires, applicants, and time approvals. Set up and remove entries in Epicor. Oversee Cintas deliveries and garment return. Coordinate monthly BBQ Luncheons and Company events. Take equipment photos and videos for job files. Work with vendors as needed for special projects. Take charge of employee suggestion program. Customer Progress Reports. Create SOP’s . Safety Orientation/Training. Communicate with outsourced production as needed . Position Requirements Three (3) years administrative experience Three (3) years ERP system experience (Epicor Preferred) Effective written and verbal communication Time management Problem solving Multitasking Working knowledge of Microsoft products Experience with ERP systems or similar Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM Pay : $24-$28/hr.
