What You'll Do
✔ Lead all nursing operations and clinical services
✔ Inspire, mentor, and develop nursing staff
✔ Ensure regulatory compliance and survey readiness
✔ Partner with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional resident care
✔ Drive quality improvement initiatives and positive resident outcomes
✔ Manage staffing, budgets, and clinical resources effectively
✔ Foster a culture of compassion, accountability, and teamwork
What We're Looking For
Current Washington RN License
3–5+ years of nursing leadership experience in skilled nursing, post-acute care, or long-term care
Strong knowledge of CMS, OBRA, and regulatory compliance requirements
Proven ability to lead teams, improve outcomes, and build a positive workplace culture
Passion for resident-centered care and staff development
