A unique opportunity is available for experienced Registered Behavior Technicians to work in a rewarding, full-time, contract role serving schools in the Arvada area. This position provides dedicated behavioral support, both in a floating K-12 capacity and in a one-on-one setting with elementary students, alongside a collaborative team environment.

Desired Qualifications:

• Valid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience providing behavioral support to students within a school environment
• Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles as applied in educational settings
• Experience working with diverse populations and grade levels (K-12) preferred
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to adapt to changing schedules, classrooms, and student needs
• Current CDE license or COOL credential preferred

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide direct ABA-based behavioral intervention and support to students in both floating and 1:1 assignments
• Collaborate with teachers, additional RBTs, paraprofessionals, and school staff to implement behavior intervention plans
• Collect, monitor, and report data on student progress and behavioral outcomes
• Support classrooms with up to 10 students, working alongside another RBT and paraeducator
• Assist in the development of strategies for behavior management and social skills
• Maintain professionalism and adhere to ethical standards in all interactions
• Remain responsive and flexible to different school and student needs as assignments change
