Requisitos Experiencia en testing manual de software (mínimo 1-2 años). Conocimiento de metodologías de prueba (funcional, regresión, exploratoria). Manejo de herramientas como Jira, TestRail, Zephyr u otras similares. Capacidad analítica y orientación al detalle. Buenas habilidades de comunicación y trabajo en equipo. Habilidades Sólidas habilidades de comunicación con la capacidad de comunicar conceptos técnicos complejos y alinear a la organización en las decisiones Sólidas habilidades de resolución de problemas con la capacidad de procesar información compleja, rápidamente y presentarla de manera clara y simple Utilizar la colaboración en equipo para crear soluciones innovadoras de forma eficiente En Grupo Mariposa estamos buscando un/a QA Tester Manual con enfoque en calidad, atención al detalle y pasión por mejorar productos digitales. Serás parte de un equipo ágil, colaborando con desarrolladores, diseñadores y product managers para asegurar que nuestras soluciones cumplan con los más altos estándares. Responsabilidades Diseñar y ejecutar casos de prueba manuales. Reportar y dar seguimiento a bugs. Validar funcionalidades nuevas y regresiones. Participar en la planificación y revisión de requerimientos. Documentar resultados y procesos de testing. Conocimientos básicos de SQL y pruebas de APIs (Postman, Swagger). Experiencia en entornos ágiles (Scrum, Kanban). Inglés técnico (lectura de documentación). #J-18808-Ljbffr Ulvior
