Inventory Clerk / Parts Specialist

Location: Oklahoma City, OK

Pay: $15-$25 / depending on experience

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Job Description

We are seeking an Inventory Clerk / Parts Specialist to join a growing national company in Oklahoma City. This position plays a key role in inventory control, purchasing, shipping and receiving, and supporting field technicians by ensuring the right parts are available when needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain accurate stock levels.
• Track inventory movement and reconcile discrepancies.
• Create and manage purchase orders.
• Research parts availability, pricing, and vendor options.
• Follow up on delayed or incorrect shipments.
• Support technicians by ensuring parts are available for service calls.
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory organization.

Qualifications

• Experience with inventory control, cycle counts, shipping/receiving, warehouse operations, logistics, or purchasing.
• Comfortable using hand tools and working around parts and equipment.
• Strong organizational and data entry skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize urgent requests.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Forklift experience is a plus.

Job Type & Location: This is a Permanent position based out of Oklahoma City, OK.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $31200.00 - $52000.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
