Nanny Job Responsibilities • Primary childcare: Ensure the child’s safety, comfort, and well-being at all times • Daily routines: Manage feeding, naps, hygiene, and play schedules • Engagement: Provide age-appropriate activities, learning, and stimulation • Supervision: Constant, attentive supervision indoors and outdoors • Meal prep: Prepare simple, healthy meals/snacks for the child • Light housekeeping: Clean up after the child (toys, dishes, laundry as needed) • Health & safety: Monitor for illness/injury and report concerns promptly • Transportation (if applicable): Safely take the child to activities/appointments • Communication: Provide regular updates to parents and report any issues • Discipline: Follow parents’ guidelines for behavior and structure
