What You'll Do

As a Licensed Sales Producer, you'll help individuals and families protect what matters most by offering personalized insurance solutions.

Your day will include:

• Building relationships with prospective customers
• Following up on company-provided leads
• Making outbound calls to generate new business
• Identifying customers' insurance needs
• Recommending the right coverage options
• Meeting and exceeding monthly sales goals
• Delivering outstanding customer service
• Conducting policy reviews and educating clients on available products

Starting Pay

Entry-level licensed candidates: Starting around $15/hour

Experienced licensed professionals: $17-$18/hour

Plus:

Tiered uncapped commission program

Performance-based earning potential of $30,000-$90,000+ annually

Sales experience is preferred, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are just as important.

Qualifications

1-3 years of sales experience preferred

Minimum 2 years of customer service or sales-related experience

Excellent communication skills

Strong organizational and computer skills

Ability to build trust and rapport with customers

Property & Casualty License preferred (required after hire if not currently licensed)

Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
