Role Overview As an Insurance Sales Agent, you'll manage the sales journey from initial contact through closing. This role is well suited for motivated individuals who enjoy connecting with people, building relationships, and working toward performance goals. Day-to-Day Responsibilities Your daily activities will involve: Proactively reaching out to potential clients to introduce insurance products and services. Conducting needs assessments to understand individual and family insurance needs. Presenting appropriate insurance solutions and explaining policy details clearly. Guiding clients through the application process and ensuring documentation is accurate. Closing sales and finalizing agreements with new and existing customers. Building and maintaining positive client relationships. Managing your schedule effectively to meet client appointments and sales goals. Compensation This is a commission-only role with significant earning potential. Successful agents can expect to earn between $60,000 and $120,000 annually , based on individual performance and sales results. Qualifications To thrive in this role, you will need: Authorization to work in the United States. Must be 18 years of age or older. Valid driver's license. Reliable transportation. Mobile device and home internet access. Ability to obtain the required insurance license. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build rapport and establish positive client relationships. Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset. Ability to manage a sales pipeline and work toward individual goals. Work Arrangement This is an onsite position with direct client interaction and team collaboration.
